When customers send us details of the work to be carried out in the area that you select, we send your contact details and current satisfaction ratings to the customer. You only receive enquiries in the area you want, for the type of work you want to do.
We work with you to help you convert every enquiry whether generated by us or by you. We will track the enquiry through, contacting the customer regularly and offering them help and advice. We endorse our Traders and help them get the job.

Before you are accepted on to the Accreditus Register we carry out the following 3 part vetting process:
- Background check for detrimental financial information
- You agree to a legally binding mediation and arbitration procedure – in the unlikely event of a dispute we support whoever is in the right
- We send a comprehensive survey questionnaire to as many of your previous customers as possible. They grade you on every aspect of your service and staff
The results of the surveys are provided to you in a detailed report, highlighting possible areas for improvement. They are then compiled into an Independent Accreditation Certificate.
This is the most effective point of sale material you will ever see. It shows your potential customer that there is less risk in using you as:-
- You have opened your business to independent scrutiny
- You can now prove exactly how good you are, they don’t have to take your word for it
- That there is recourse though us should there be a problem

Every 3 months you receive a new certificate summarising all the surveys we’ve had back to date. In addition we send you a Management Analysis Report giving a complete breakdown of why you won or lost the job, who your competitors are, what prices they are charging etc. Together with any additional comments the clients have made about your business. Over time we compile an expanding database of customers’ perceptions of your company. We can therefore spot trends and highlight potential problem areas in your business, enabling you to take remedial action at an early stage.
